I’m Olivia, a graphic designer with experience in branding, websites, editorial , social media design (and more)

I work with clients to ensure their brand has all of the assets it needs to look cohesive and shine.

I’ve worked with small businesses, non-profits, and government entities to design brands that are unique and identifiable. I’ve built brands completely from scratch and have refreshed current brands by creating new, cohesive, eye-catching designs.

Industrious and meticulous, I pay attention to the smallest details, resulting in solid compositions and impactful layouts. I believe in purposeful design and give each project that I work on equal care + attention.

When I'm not designing, you can find me rummaging through shops for old photographs to re-home or hiking in the Blue Ridge Mountains.

  • VISION MEDIA MARKETING

    Collaborate with team members to develop and deliver high-quality, engaging designs, including flyers, postcards, newsletters, reports, brochures, infographics, presentations, websites, banners, social media content, and more, for a diverse set of clients.

    Lead the design and development of comprehensive branding for organizations and events, including logos, signage, promotional materials, websites, and advertisements, providing creative direction while ensuring cohesive visual identities across materials.

    Maintain and strengthen brand consistency across various projects by creating design guidelines and templates for new, refreshed, and established brands, ensuring alignment with client vision and business goals.

    Work alongside the Creative Director to define project objectives, establish timelines, and ensure the successful execution of client goals and design deliverables.

    Direct Development: Design + Communications is a full-service creative agency providing graphic design, marketing, web development, communications & more.

    Lead and managed the creative team in developing digital and print collateral, for a range of clients across public and private sectors, including government, non-profits, healthcare, law, hospitality, entertainment, unions, finance, and more.

    Directed and executed multiple projects concurrently, overseeing design and ensuring high standards of quality, creativity, and brand consistency were met across all deliverables.

    Worked directly with clients to establish creative objectives, offering design solutions and tailoring project plans to align with their goals.

    Contributed to the agency’s growth by delivering innovative design solutions that enhanced client retention and cultivating long-term relationships.

    Researched, wire-framed, designed, and launched over 20 responsive websites, overseeing the projects from concept to delivery while coordinating with copywriters, designers, and IT teams. Created documentation and led client training sessions on website functionality during project hand-off.

    Facilitated weekly 1:1 meetings with junior designers to provide guidance, maintain department timelines, and optimize task delegation to ensure workflow efficiency.

    Community Magazine (CM) is a Monmouth County, New Jersey print media company that is committed to delivering the best local content every month to over 25,000 homes. All aspects of CM were managed in-house including editorial design, advertising sales, and digital promotion.

    Lead designer for covers and feature articles for over 30 editions, I played an integral role in increasing the magazine’s popularity and brand evolution.

    Managed tight deadlines and the delegation of advertising and editorial design tasks to staff. Collaborated with the editor-in-chief, marketing and sales team to create eye-catching editorial and advertising designs.

    Managed the export and transfer of print-ready files to the printer and digital files to CM’s online editions and website.
